  • Student information (student name, age, grade, birthdate)

  • You fill out the contact form on our website

  • You fill out our online interest form.

  • You fill out a Parental Choice Application to apply for a voucher at KCA (e.g. the WPCP application).

  • You submit your information at a recruiting event or through personal interaction with a KCA employee.

  • A KCA employee, board member, volunteer, or family refers us to you.

HOW IS THIS INFORMATION USED?

We use your personal information to update our records, to provide requested services, and to send you relevant information about KCA. This could include:

  • Following up with you after you express interest in KCA or come in for a visit

  • Sending you information about enrollment and tuition

  • Inviting you to events hosted by KCA​

KCA does not share your information with third parties without your consent. Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.
